La presente publicación, nos enfocaremos a las reformas y adiciones efectuadas al CFF, que consideramos relevantes, como las reformas al artículo 69-B del CFF, resultando importante mencionar que el objeto del artículo 69-B del CFF sigue siendo el mismo, esto es, llevar a cabo un procedimiento que, permita detectar a los contribuyentes que, emiten comprobantes fiscales, para amparar operaciones falsas o simuladas.

Como cada año, hemos realizado la Resolución Miscelánea Fiscal para 2021, cuyo objeto es el publicar anualmente, agrupar y facilitar el conocimiento de las reglas generales dictadas por las autoridades fiscales en materia de impuestos, productos, aprovechamientos, contribuciones de mejoras y derechos federales, excepto los de comercio exterior, lo anterior se ha llevado a cabo en forma digital lo que permitirá su fácil consulta, traslado, exportación y reenvío a diversos dispositivos electrónicos o impresión.
